Have no DUIs in the past 7 years
No more than 2 traffic tickets in the past 5 years
Never had a speeding ticket for over 100mph
Pass a background check
(including no violent or sexual convictions of any kind)
Have no Drug Convictions in the past 5 years
Of course you can't use and drive too.
Have a 2005 or newer vehicle
(4 doors or more, sorry no mopeds or motorcycles)
Current insurance and registration
Your car needs to be registered in the state your drivers license is valid for unless you are military.
Pass a vehicle safety inspection.
a 19-point inspection must be done on each vehicle. If you have recently had an inspection in the past 30 days you can submit that.
